Copper rod cutting method
(1) Eliminate current short circuit phenomenon. The method of high current and large pulse width processing is adopted to enhance the power. The energy of the pulse breaks down the relatively small inclusions, so that the processing can proceed normally. At this time, special attention should be paid to the increase of the pulse interval to increase the rest time. At the same time, the large pulse width can ensure that the discharge energy will not be lost due to the good heat transfer of copper.
(2) When the work is stopped, clean the wire on the wire drum with kerosene, so that the copper foam on the molybdenum wire will be greatly reduced, and the effect will be better when the machine is turned on next time and continues to be used.
